New logo partnership with Rapid Plas

On Monday 6th of August, the Community’s Own Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service launched their new logo partnership with Rapid Plas at the Service’s Tamworth Base from 11.30am.

The duration of the partnership is for 1 year and the Service’s CEO Richard Jones is thrilled.

"Rapid Plas is a family owned business that has been a great supporter of the New England North West community for over 25 years. We feel extremely humbled that Rapid Plas has decided to come on board as a logo partner. Thanks to their generosity, we can continue flying 24-7 as a free service to those in need," Mr Jones said.

Owner of Rapid Plas, David Firth said the community focused company couldn’t think of a more important cause to support.

"The entire Rapid Plas team are extremely proud to be making a significant contribution, which we know will help to save lives. There are a lot of isolated locations in this region, which rely on the Westpac Rescue Helicopter to get them the care they need," Mr Firth said.

About Rapid Plas: Rapid Plas is a family owned business which began in 1990 on the family owned farm near Tamworth. Their factory is located in Tamworth NSW, approximately halfway between Sydney and Brisbane, and employs over 60 local staff. Products are manufactured on site, and for over 25 years they have supported local communities by selling through a dealer network, supporting local business and local jobs. They manufacture a range of residential, agricultural, and commercial poly products, including rainwater tanks, molasses and fertilizer tanks, water and feed troughs, and a range of other equine and animal care products. The reason they all come to work every day is to solve the regional communities’ water management needs, and help their dealers and their businesses be more successful every day.
