Employment Opportunities
All positions that become available within the Service are advertised both internally and through the local and national papers. The selection process is dealt with by a contracted recruitment agency. The agency will advertise the position and conduct preliminary interviews before recommending a shortlist of candidates to the General Manager. A panel of representatives from the Service will conduct the final interviews and make a recommendation. The panel composition varies from position to position and the representatives will range from Board members to staff members.
